M1NT : London’s billionaire night club

M1NT (MINT) is londons first shareholders club. M1NT consists of 250 people united by owning their very own exclusive late licensed club on London’s prestigious Sloane Street. Looking more closely at the gallery and what they have to say about themselves it looks more like an exclusive billionaire nightclub. The place looks amazing and at £750 for a year long membership it’s not a bad deal (for a billionaire or even a millionaire).

M1Nt’s interior looks amazing and I so would love to go. The contact list looks great with the BBC stating that “M1NT’s 250 shareholders include 9 of the 44 billionaires in London, F1 drivers, Hollywood superstars and supermodels.” So I would fit right in there!

M1NT is founded by Alistair Paton who’s profile just makes me smile to a point of laughing. If anyone would like to sponsor me to review this club in further detail please do not hesitate to contact me.

Happy New Year - Let’s push things forward…

Happy New Year to everyone, I wish you all the very best for this year.

Today is the start of a new year and a new world for me. Dramatic? A little but I’ve never really bothered about making new years resolutions. I want to improve myself this year and be the better person I can be. So this year I have some very simple things that I must stick to:

Get in better physical shape with improved diet and exercise
I’ve let myself go this year! I know, I know the girls love the handles (hmmmmm maybe not) but I really would like to look after myself just that little bit more. The extra bits on me have mainly come about because of the food I eat and the lack of exercise.

Diet Guide
The plan therefore is to eat better overall, have no takeaways / fast foods strictly between Sunday and Thursday. The same goes for drinking as well. I’m going to cut out on the alcohol between Sunday and Thursday. Of course I will have the odd drink every now and then so I will avoid beer as much as possible. The same goes for coffee, I think it’s making me so dehydrated it’s horrible. Plus I need to take vitamins! When I start taking a course of good vitamins I always feel a lot better. I have a lack of vitamins in my diet and I hoping the new diet will help in that area as well.

Exercise Plan
Exercise is the other area I need to improve on. So at the moment I have membership to a very plush gym. Because of the commuting I do I am unable to attend it sadly. I get a real buzz when I go regularly and I have missed it. I’m going to try and stop my membership with my current gym and try and sort an alternative one. The only real possibility is to go during my lunch break at work.

Health Summary
So my health plan consists of:

  • From Sunday to Thursday:
    No beer / lager
    No Takeaways / Fast Food
  • Take one a day Multi vitamins
  • Cut down on the coffee
  • Arrange alternative exercise and until then visit the gym on Saturday and Sunday while playing football at work once a week.

Financial Health
My financial situation is not the way I want it to be, but then again who’s is? Well that has to change. I need to start managing my bills better and co-ordinating what goes out with what’s coming in. There are people who are a lot worse off then me yet they are in a better financial situation simply because they manage their money and take care of it. I love my lifestyle but I think I would enjoy it much more knowing that I’m managing what I can and can’t do. With things I can’t do straight away I simply save for.

Financial Summary
So my financial plan is to:

  • Get a list of all debts and work out a strategy to pay them off.
  • Create an excel sheet that shows my all my accounts and create a monthly budget plan.

Overall Summary
So there you have it, that’s what I need to do. These are not massive tasks and I have purposely done that so that they are tangible. I really do want to make this happen. I really think my life will be ten times better because of it and will give me better direction.

So here’s to 2006 and a better me, cheers!
