Living on your own has some great advantages, but the one factor above all is the freedom. I can do what I want when I want. So when I get a text message at 5:26 AM on Christmas Eve saying…
“Hi mate have a good Christmas and new year. Let me know how ur getting on x”
I’m already up! Playing on my Mac waiting for a DVD to burn and a torrent file to be completed (which by the time of finishing this post should be fully downloaded). I wasn’t sure who the text was from and with the little ‘x’ on the end it either had to be a girl or one of me mates from university. So I text back to find out who it was and low and behold it’s me old mate Davey B from Oz. It was so good to hear his voice after the year I’ve had and especially the last few months. I don’t mean that negatively, I just mean my life has been spread over two towns. It’s almost like having two lives…and to be honest I treat it like that. It’s kind of fun but tiring.
Anyhow…Dave and I had a great chat about when he would come on back home to the mighty UK. Sad to say he’s looking to stay over there and fair play. Why on earth would you want to come back to the UK when you’re in Neighbours and Home & Away Land?…Think about it.
Anyway just before the conversation ended I said to him to check out this site to catch up on what I have been doing etc. There and then I come to the question ‘Where is Addam Hassan?’ Looking through the recent posts I’ve blogged about everything apart from me. SO I’m planning to get some posts up about what’s been happening in my life recently.
On the same note Jonathan Stewart found some old posts from Freshhome, back in the when I was at iNet Publishing and a little before that I think as well. So I shall be posting those but they will be backdated so you may have to search for them or I might even link them in here for you.
